Groundskeeper / Porter (San Marino)

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the community, ensuring that grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards of curb appeal and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by the Service team.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of outdoor spaces and amenities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related experience in groundskeeping, porter duties, or basic maintenance.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
