Maintenance Supervisor (Multi‑Site) – Medical Center Area

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor (Multi‑Site) for the Medical Center area ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality. This full‑time onsite role coordinates resident service requests, routine upkeep and the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors to ready units for new tenants.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, appearance and functional standards.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and document all activities in the property management system.

Required profile

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to identify causes of maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and schedule contractor work.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and Greystar’s maintenance standards.
