Maintenance Technician – Property Maintenance

About the role

This full‑time position ensures that the physical aspects of residential properties, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a Monday‑Friday schedule and willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts.
• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
