About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for Townes at Mill Run ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new move‑ins.
  • Perform technical and mechanical maintenance tasks across the property to maintain overall building performance.

Required profile

  • Experience in property or facilities maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections, and vendor coordination.
  • Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
