Maintenance Supervisor – Greenwich Place

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities and common areas at Greenwich Place meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of routine upkeep and resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to follow safety standards, building codes and company policies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
