About the role

Earthtones Companies is seeking a reliable Maintenance Field Landscaper to join its growing team. You will help keep outdoor spaces attractive and functional by performing routine landscaping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding and mulching.
• Operate landscaping tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular manual labor.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and willingness to learn.
• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Operation of landscaping tools and small machinery.
