Maintenance Field Landscaper

About the role
Earthtones Companies is seeking a reliable Maintenance Field Landscaper to join its growing team. You will help keep outdoor spaces attractive and functional by performing routine landscaping tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding and mulching.
- Operate landscaping tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular manual labor.
- Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and willingness to learn.
- Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
Required skills
- Operation of landscaping tools and small machinery.
