About the role
Join CXG as a Luxury Brand Evaluator and help premium brands improve their customer experience. You will discreetly assess in‑store and online interactions, providing feedback that shapes the future of luxury retail.
Key responsibilities
- Choose assignments that match your preferences and profile.
- Visit luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchases, observing ambiance, service quality, and overall experience.
- Complete concise questionnaires on CXG’s platform to deliver honest feedback.
Required profile
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 for the United States).
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands, not under contract with any retail brand.
- Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and observant.
