Logistics Coordinator (Data Steward)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Logistics team as a Data Steward, responsible for shipping functions and warehouse inventory management. You will ensure timely loading of inbound and outbound products while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules and transportation execution to fulfill customer requirements.
• Manage warehouse inventories of finished goods and make adjustments as needed.
• Act as functional expert for SAP EWM, providing support and training to warehouse operators.
• Oversee administrative workflow to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of shipment records.
• Complete assigned projects while maintaining up‑to‑date inventory records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of inventory control or administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.
