Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will join floatme’s Marketing team and report to the VP of Marketing. This position drives data‑focused, multi‑channel campaigns that guide prospects from acquisition through retention within the fintech space.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end lifecycle strategies to boost engagement, retention, and app usage.
• Build automated onboarding journeys that move users toward full membership.
• Launch re‑engagement, win‑back, and retention campaigns targeting inactive or cancelled members.
• Partner with Product to align marketing tactics with new feature releases.
• Coordinate with Member Experience to manage inbound ticket volume generated by communications.
• Craft clear email, push, and in‑app messages; manage delivery via Iterable.
• Oversee transactional alerts such as receipts and late‑payment notices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain a communication calendar to avoid message fatigue and handle urgent compliance updates.
• Develop and run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and sequencing to improve conversion metrics.
• Analyze user behavior to identify cross‑selling opportunities for marketplace or lending products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on customer lifecycle and retention.
• Background in financial services or fintech.
• Proven ability to manage automated, data‑driven campaigns.
• Detail‑oriented project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Iterable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and conducting A/B tests.
