Leasing Professional – Revela

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Revela community will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. This entry‑level position works directly with prospects, residents and internal teams to ensure smooth move‑ins, renewals and ongoing community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate any maintenance needs, and confirm move‑in readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect data.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with no prior experience required.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
