Leasing Manager for Landsby Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales and leasing operations for the Landsby community, a 632‑unit mid‑rise property in Mountain View. The role reports to senior management and is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all marketing, print and internet advertising efforts to generate qualified traffic and achieve occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market analysis and competitor activity.
• Oversee the leasing team, manage on‑site traffic, and ensure a ready inventory of “move‑in” apartments.
• Produce regular sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain community appearance, safety standards and unit marketability.
• Handle lease renewals, conflict resolution and resident‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leasing or property management experience, preferably with owned mid‑rise assets.
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and Yardi property management systems.
