Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
