Leasing Professional – Alta Lofts on the Levee

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Alta Lofts on the Levee, a 325‑unit mid‑rise community in Nashville. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals throughout the lease‑up phase and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and sales mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
