Community Manager – Alta City Side

About the role

The Community Manager for Alta City Side will oversee daily operations of a garden‑style, lease‑up property with 368 units. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure financial performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction across the community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and achieve targeted revenue goals.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and reconcile charges to appropriate accounting codes.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, process evictions, and collect fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management with a focus on budgetary control.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related multi‑family housing regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and market trend analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal accounting teams.
