Leasing Manager – Avana Woods Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for the Avana Woods community in Alpharetta, GA. The role oversees marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in, verify readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions, specials, and other occupancy‑boosting programs.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and documentation.
• Aptitude for analyzing market data and adjusting leasing strategies accordingly.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams to ensure unit readiness and effective promotion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
