Leasing Consultant – Active Adult Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the Everleigh Deerfield 55+ community in Alpharetta. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a seamless move‑in experience while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Collect move‑in information and maintain accurate resident records.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing events to drive traffic and increase occupancy.
• Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
• Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
