Lead Product Manager – Front End

About the role

The Lead Product Manager (Director level) sits at the centre of Rothy’s organisation, linking Engineering, CX, Marketing, Retail, Wholesale and executive stakeholders to deliver high‑impact digital and omnichannel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy and multi‑year roadmap across Ecommerce/Marketing, Retail and Wholesale, aligning with business goals and revenue targets.
• Build, lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing best practices and career development pathways.
• Oversee cross‑functional squads (engineering, UX/design, QA) to deliver scalable solutions and ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups.
• Translate business needs and customer insights into product requirements, user stories and success metrics.
• Leverage data, analytics and experimentation to inform decisions, measure performance and continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of Product Managers.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy for e‑commerce, marketing technology, retail or omnichannel platforms.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills and experience in Agile/Scrum at scale.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, CMS, CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in product management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels and omnichannel experiences.
