About the role
The Lead Concierge at The Silva will be the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while coordinating a range of resident services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, creating a comfortable waiting experience.
- Monitor guest traffic and manage the front‑desk phone system, routing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Assist residents with luggage cart check‑in/out and oversee parking garage access for staff and vendors.
- Monitor the fire alarm panel and security cameras to maintain building safety.
- Manage all package deliveries, record arrival details, and notify residents within 24 hours.
- Maintain a daily log of activities and coordinate resident programs and local market resource information.
Required profile
- Experience in resident services, concierge, or front‑desk roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Required skills
- Operation of fire alarm panels.
- Monitoring of security camera systems.
