Guest Experience Curator

About the role

The Guest Experience Curator delivers personalized service throughout the guest journey, from pre‑arrival communication to check‑out. Working closely with hotel departments, this role ensures every guest request is handled promptly and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑arrival emails, questionnaires and coordinate room preparations and personalized touches.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guest calls, answering promptly, using proper etiquette and routing calls as needed.
• Oversee bounce‑back and overflow calls from restaurant, lounge and spa to guarantee timely responses.
• Assist guests with requests, follow up on actions, and confirm completion.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences and track changes such as early/late check‑out or room transfers.
• Coordinate guest packages, verify arrival dates and ensure delivery to rooms.
• Maintain accurate records of messages and guest interactions.
