About the role
Join Boqueria® as a Dishwasher/Porter and help keep our kitchen and dining areas spotless. You will ensure guests receive clean cutlery, plates, and glassware while supporting the line cooks with ready‑to‑use pots, pans, and tools.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and service stations.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Keep pots, pans, and kitchen equipment clean and prepared for cooking.
- Assist with basic stock rotation and waste disposal as needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and a smile on the job.
- Team‑player who supports colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail for spotless results.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, bend, reach, and twist.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
