Junior Management Program – HR – Corporate

About the role

Bosch’s HR Junior Management Program is a high‑visibility, accelerated rotational development program designed to build the next generation of HR leaders. As a full‑time trainee you will gain strategic exposure across core HR functions while working on real projects that impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through ~4 HR functional areas, taking ownership of real projects.
• Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders on talent strategy, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Apply data and emerging AI/HR‑tech tools to improve talent analytics, process automation and overall HR operations.
• Complete a short‑term international assignment to develop global business acumen and cross‑cultural fluency.
• Participate in structured leadership development, mentorship and executive exposure throughout the program.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑semester master’s student in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent).
• Up to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in HR or an adjacent function.
• Willingness to relocate domestically and complete a short‑term international assignment.
