Junior Designer – Performance Team

About the role

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a Junior Designer to join its Performance team in Los Angeles. You will work closely with art directors, strategists, and media specialists to create digital ad assets that are both visually compelling and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Produce digital ad creative for display, social, and paid media formats such as banners, carousels, and stories.
• Adapt existing campaign assets into multiple sizes and specifications while preserving brand consistency.
• Manage revisions, versioning, and production pipelines to keep projects on schedule.
• Build and update client‑facing presentations in Google Slides.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams, and work alongside copywriters on concepts.
• Explore and integrate AI‑powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional design experience in an agency, in‑house, or ad‑tech environment.
• Portfolio that showcases digital‑first work with strong production quality.
• Understanding of digital ad specifications for Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms.
• Passion for AI‑enabled creative tools and a willingness to shape their use.
