About the role
The Corporate Affairs & Engagement team at L’Oréal USA is looking for a motivated Junior Associate to support employee engagement initiatives across the United States. This 12‑month paid internship will give you hands‑on experience in internal communications, event coordination, and program management while working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and distribute internal communications such as emails, newsletters, intranet posts and digital signage.
- Assist with production of internal videos and live‑streamed executive events.
- Support the logistics and entry management for the US innovation competition and global storytelling contest.
- Field inquiries through the team mailbox and provide general administrative assistance.
- Plan, coordinate and execute both virtual and in‑person employee events, including vendor management, on‑site support and post‑event reporting.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (minimum 3.0 GPA).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with senior management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using content‑management systems (CMS) and other communications tools.
