About the role
The company, a leading importer and exporter in the construction sector, is looking for a strategic Sales Manager to lead its commercial area in the western region of Bolivia. Based in El Alto/La Paz, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring business profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for each branch and sales channel under your responsibility.
- Monitor budget closure trends and ensure sales targets are met.
- Supervise daily routes and client visits of promoters and sales representatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Required profile
- Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- MBA or specialized commercial/sales training (desired).
- Proven experience managing teams and traveling frequently.
- Experience with inventory management and familiarity with SAP (desired).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
