About the role

The company, a player in the food service sector, is looking for a Head of Human Resources Management to lead the people function at its Santa Cruz location. The role focuses on building a high‑performance organization aligned with the company culture, driving employee well‑being, development, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the EOS people system, including Accountability Chart, Scorecards, People Analyzer, and quarterly evaluations.
• Improve recruitment and selection processes to reduce time‑to‑hire and secure ideal talent.
• Develop high‑impact onboarding programs for seamless talent integration.
• Optimize labor costs by establishing HR metrics that track cost efficiency.
• Foster an organizational culture based on strategic values and the company mission.
• Implement performance and accountability systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Commercial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar HR leadership roles.
• Experience in retail, restaurant chains, fast‑food, or pharmacy chains is highly valued.
• Ability to design and implement efficient people management processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
