Investment Banking & Venture Capital Internship – Fall 2026

About the role

You will join a small, fast‑moving team that serves and invests in growth‑focused B2B technology companies. The internship offers hands‑on experience with financial modeling, valuation analysis, pitchbook creation, and due‑diligence for mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and venture‑capital investments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
• Develop valuation analyses and prepare pitchbooks and presentation materials.
• Assist in creating and improving internal business processes.
• Conduct due‑diligence research for M&A, capital raises, and proprietary venture investments.

Required profile

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or possessing equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong research, quantitative, analytical, written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General competence with Microsoft Office applications.
