Inventory Coordinator

About the role

Blue Nile is looking for a meticulous Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management. The role involves overseeing the purchasing process, generating reports, and collaborating with vendors to uphold quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor inventory trackers and reports for optimal stock levels and leadership visibility.
• Work with merchandising and planning teams to generate and place asset purchase orders promptly.
• Communicate with external vendors to track open purchase orders through fulfillment.
• Intake and process purchase orders into the inventory system.
• Document and relay quality‑control feedback to vendors during the intake process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to follow through on tasks accurately and on time.
• Prior experience in inventory management is highly desirable.
• Experience in the luxury or jewelry sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, and complex formatting.
