Assistant Manager, Demand & Sales Planning

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Demand & Sales Planning will oversee SKU‑level demand planning and financial estimate planning for Estée Lauder’s Amazon business across multiple brands and categories. You will work closely with the Retailer Supply Chain & Operations team and a wide range of internal and external partners to ensure accurate inventory planning, order management, and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑fidelity SKU‑level demand planning activities to optimize forecasting and inventory for multiple brands.
• Develop and manage financial estimates for brands and categories within the e‑commerce account, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with brand managers, regional teams, marketing, sales, and other functional partners to align supply‑chain strategies.
• Advocate for the e‑commerce account, engaging internal and external stakeholders to address platform needs.
• Contribute to day‑to‑day management and reporting of operational metrics related to the Amazon account.

Required profile

• Experience in SKU‑level demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical ability to develop financial forecasts and estimates.
• Proven capability to build and maintain cross‑functional relationships.
• Ability to manage and report on operational metrics for an e‑commerce platform.
