Independent Kitchen Installer (1099)

About the role

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company is seeking independent 1099 Kitchen Installers to install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards. The role involves installing cabinets, refacing, countertops, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, and backsplash.
• Established LLC or business operating under an EIN.
• General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Own cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
