Window Measure Technician

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Window Measure Technician to join our St. Louis team. In this position you will remeasure window and door openings for replacement projects and perform walk‑throughs on new‑construction sites to ensure proper installation readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Remeasure openings for replacement projects to guarantee precise sizing and correct installation planning.
• Conduct new‑construction site walk‑throughs to verify that openings are ready for installation.
• Communicate with builders or homeowners about any required corrections or installation expectations.
• Diagnose on‑site installation challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Provide customers with guidance on product care, operation, and maintenance.
• Generate and update installation paperwork and digital records to keep projects flowing smoothly.
• Identify part orders or adjustments and coordinate with the project coordination team.
• Collaborate closely with sales and project coordination teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience with machinery, construction, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable using tools and equipment and handling a physical workload.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Safe driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Detail‑oriented, accurate, and safety‑minded.
• Independent, self‑disciplined, and able to work autonomously.
• Problem‑solver who can adapt to changing site conditions.
