In-Restaurant Trainer

About the role

As an In‑Restaurant Trainer you will be the front‑line training specialist in Wingstop locations, identifying capability gaps, delivering targeted training and measuring its impact. You will work directly in restaurants, coaching hourly team members, managers and regional leaders to ensure brand‑standard behaviors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve Training Request Tickets from planning through execution, meeting SLA timelines.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to align training priorities with business needs.
• Diagnose training needs using performance data, guest feedback and ticket patterns.
• Design and deliver training sessions in‑restaurant, small groups and virtual settings.
• Utilise the Flavor Lab LMS to assign courses, track progress and report gaps.
• Document daily actions, report weekly metrics and identify systemic training gaps.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly team meetings and monthly training meetings to share trends.
• Collaborate with Field Business Consultants and Regional Directors on national rollouts, limited‑time offers and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of training experience, preferably in a food‑service or franchise environment.
• Experience working in a restaurant or food production setting.
• Proven ability to measure and report data‑driven training outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset to diagnose performance gaps.
