HRT and Wellness Provider (Hybrid Remote)

About the role

A hybrid remote position for an energetic and compassionate provider who evaluates, diagnoses and manages patients seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, sexual wellness and preventative health services. The provider works alongside a team of four providers and delivers a high-touch, concierge-style patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and manage patients on HRT and medical weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 medications.
• Review and interpret laboratory results to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise and proactive health strategies.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through open discussions about aging, hormones and wellness goals.

Required profile

• Active NP, PA-C or MD/DO license.
• Experience with or strong interest in HRT and preventative, regenerative and longevity medicine.
• Strong patient education skills and comfort discussing sensitive topics such as hormones, aging and weight management.
• Professional, energetic and personable, able to build lasting patient rapport.
• Nice to have: background in functional medicine, age management, family practice, internal medicine, endocrinology, urology, gynecology, obesity medicine or wellness; hands-on experience with medical weight-loss programs and GLP-1 medications; knowledge of testosterone therapy and women's hormone optimization; familiarity with telemedicine platforms; consultative selling or patient conversion skills.
