Housekeeper for Lago Property

About the role
The Housekeeper for the Lago community is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and shared amenities. This full‑time position supports the property’s market‑ready appearance and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
- Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
- Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
Required profile
- Reliability and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
- Attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Capability to work independently during scheduled hours (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm).
