Hotel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our portfolio of award‑winning Hilton and Marriott properties. You will shape strategy, build key relationships, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key clients, organizations, and partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and negotiations to close business.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns supporting sales efforts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable hospitality sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest service.

Required skills
