About the role
The High-rise Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a designated multifamily property in Miami. This position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
- Monitor market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Experience managing multifamily property operations.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets and reports.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
