Head of Solutions Strategy & Analytics

About the role

As the Head of Solutions Strategy & Analytics at SentiLink, you will lead a team of business analysts and data scientists embedded in the sales process, building data‑driven business cases for prospects and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and partners to shape fraud and identity strategies and translate analysis into executive‑ready narratives.
• Build, coach, and scale the Solutions Analytics team, establishing best practices and expanding scope to pipeline analytics and ongoing consulting.
• Design and execute analysis for white papers and industry materials, surfacing insights on emerging fraud tactics.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in people management.
• Background in consulting, financial services, analytics, or high‑growth startup environments.
• Strong analytical judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and/or Python.
