Guest Service Agent – Part-Time

About the role

Join the front‑desk team at the Holiday Inn Arlington NE‑Rangers Ballpark, greeting and assisting guests in a friendly, courteous manner while upholding brand and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, register them, assign rooms and verify payment methods.
• Make, confirm and modify reservations using the PMS system.
• Compute bills, collect payments and handle cash transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints or forward them to a supervisor.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe or deposit boxes and assist with luggage during peak periods.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
• Assist in the breakfast area when needed and maintain overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer‑service experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lb and work varied shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
