GTM Business Systems Analyst – Post Sales

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and is in a critical growth phase. The GTM Business Systems Analyst will work with Post Sales, GTM, and Quote-to-Cash teams to deliver mission‑critical business systems projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer key go‑to‑market systems such as Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato.
• Build and deploy automations, validations and applications in Salesforce.
• Enhance existing systems and implement new features for Customer Success, Account Management and Solutions teams.
• Analyze business requirements, write specifications and lead end‑to‑end implementations.
• Document system builds and integrations clearly.

Required profile

• 3+ years in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and use AI tools for automation.
• Structured thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑starter mentality with high autonomy.
