Group Product Director, US Oncology Precision Medicine - Lung

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Group Product Director for US Oncology Precision Medicine focused on lung cancer. The role is part of the US Precision Medicine Commercial team and will shape and execute precision medicine strategies for current and future oncology brands.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with lung and pipeline brand teams to develop and execute precision medicine strategies aligned to brand priorities.
• Lead unbranded biomarker awareness and testing initiatives for healthcare practitioners and pathologists.
• Develop and maintain an integrated US Precision Medicine external communications strategy, including digital engagement and congress presence.
• Collaborate with commercial, medical, policy, access, and field teams to drive disease‑state specific precision medicine strategies.
• Serve as the commercial subject matter expert on biomarkers, ensuring alignment across brand assets, messaging, and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree is helpful.
• At least 5 years of cross‑functional commercial or sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in Precision Medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a growth mindset and high‑performance culture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in Oncology and people leadership is preferred.
