Immunology Learning Portfolio Partner – GI

About the role

The Immunology Learning Portfolio Partner – GI will shape and manage a portfolio of learning experiences that build the capabilities of field medical teams across Immunology therapeutic areas. This role partners with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Learning Excellence Organization partners to translate business needs into effective learning strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps and emerging learning needs with Immunology SMEs.
• Develop and evolve disease‑state, product, competitive readiness, and scientific engagement curricula for field medical and commercial teams.
• Implement onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness and scientific exchange.
• Deliver engaging learning solutions using instructor‑led, virtual, experiential, social, and self‑directed approaches.
• Support time‑sensitive business requests, including urgent updates and launch support across JJIM clinical portfolios.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a matrixed environment while maintaining strong communication skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting field medical or commercial field teams, preferably within Immunology (GI).
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific and business developments into practical learning experiences.
