Groundskeeper – Landscape (Kapilina Beach)

About the role

Ensures the physical aspects of the Kapilina Beach community are maintained, keeping grounds, amenities and curb appeal in excellent condition while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep common areas neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before make‑ready, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turn processes.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training and report accidents.

Required profile

• Entry‑level position; no prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for residents.
