Global Market Intelligence & Digital Marketing Manager – Home Care & I&I

About the role

We are seeking a Global Market Intelligence & Digital Marketing Manager to join BASF’s Home Care & I&I team in Florham Park, NJ. The role will turn market insights into actionable strategies and support digital marketing initiatives that drive growth across the Home Care and Industrial & Institutional Cleaning business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards, reporting and business insights.
• Translate market, customer and competitive insights into business, innovation and marketing recommendations.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including website, email, analytics and customer segmentation.
• Coordinate digital tools, platforms and product information management activities.
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives through market, customer and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market intelligence and digital marketing within a B2B or consumer‑goods environment.
• Ability to work closely with marketing, sales, technical service, communications and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
