General Manager, North & South America

About the role

Beyond is a fast‑growing short‑term rental revenue management platform serving thousands of property managers worldwide. We are seeking a strategic commercial leader to drive growth across North and South America, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue performance for the region, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead and scale Sales and Customer Experience teams across North America and India, fostering a culture of performance and customer‑centricity.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Finance, and other teams to align priorities and remove friction.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline, GRR/NRR, and revenue.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech‑enabled services.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through new sales and customer expansion.
• Strong leadership experience managing distributed Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Deep understanding of mid‑market or enterprise sales cycles.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with solid financial acumen.
