About the role
Box is seeking a Team Manager of Customer Success to lead and scale a high‑performing group of Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You will be responsible for protecting and growing strategic, regulated customers in financial services, life sciences, and other enterprise segments as they adopt AI‑driven content management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire, develop, and hold accountable a team of CSMs, setting clear goals and metrics.
- Design and implement process improvements to scale adoption, retention, and growth.
- Model fluency in intelligent content management, metadata automation, and AI use cases for regulated workflows.
- Coach CSMs on building strong customer relationships and navigating challenging situations.
- Partner with sales, renewals, consulting, and cross‑functional leaders to drive business outcomes.
- Establish executive relationships with key customers and act as a thought leader.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and data‑driven execution.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience managing customer relationships with a proven record of driving retention and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale high‑performing teams.
- Strong understanding of regulated industries such as financial services or life sciences.
- Excellent communication and executive‑level relationship‑building skills.
