Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, professional front‑office receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors at our radiology imaging center. This full‑time position ensures a warm, efficient and organized experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately and provide information.
• Check‑in and check‑out patients, verifying demographic and insurance details.
• Collect co‑pays, process payments and handle basic billing tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical and surgical teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized and welcoming.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist.
• Demonstrated reliability and longevity in past roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional customer‑service orientation.
