About the role
As the Founding Customer Marketing & Advocacy Lead you will create and run the content engine that positions Scribe as the go‑to authority for C‑suite and VP‑level leaders navigating work in an AI‑forward world. You will develop deep insight into enterprise buyers, decide where and how to reach them, and build programs that earn their trust and drive qualified pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Own the enterprise customer content engine – set strategy, develop a roadmap, and execute across all formats and channels.
- Launch and manage a Customer Advisory Board program, curating enterprise leaders and turning those relationships into high‑impact content.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to route, score, and follow up on content‑sourced leads.
- Set, forecast, and report on pipeline targets, using metrics such as MQLs, influenced pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Develop and distribute customer testimonials and case studies to build trust with enterprise audiences.
Required profile
- 4‑6+ years of experience in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record building enterprise‑focused programs (content, webinars, events) that generated qualified pipeline.
- Experience creating and running Customer Advisory Boards or similar high‑touch engagement programs.
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to own pipeline attribution and make data‑driven decisions.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product teams.
