Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will bridge Mastercard Technology’s strategic objectives with its financial goals. You will lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of technology financials while supporting key budgeting, forecasting, and performance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and present technology financials to senior finance leadership, including budgets, forecasts, FTEs, and cost allocations.
• Provide divisional financial reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and guide divisions toward financial targets.
• Support the financial close process by analyzing P&L variances against budget, forecasts, prior year results, and business drivers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal and corporate reporting deliverables, including operating reviews.
• Lead the annual technology budget process and assign equitable divisional efficiency targets.
• Negotiate renewals or new contracts for third‑party services and technology solutions alongside business and sourcing teams.
• Oversee currency exposure for technology and coordinate impacts with corporate partners.
• Drive special projects and ad‑hoc reporting as needed.
