Field Technician I

About the role

The Field Technician I will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of Vinmar International’s products and services at customer sites. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic Frac‑Chem environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment in the field.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to company products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, installations, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during field visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
