Field Sales Account Executive – Toledo, OH

About the role

The Field Sales Account Executive will own a defined territory in Toledo, Ohio, driving growth of CooperVision’s contact lens portfolio. You will build and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff to increase product adoption and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets set for the Toledo territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments and manage the full sales funnel.
• Provide product education and consultative solutions to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations—to execute business strategies.
• Develop and execute account business plans with the Regional Director.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within medical devices or vision care.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Residency in Toledo or within a reasonable commuting distance.
